Policies & Procedures:

At Neighborly Paws Pet Care, the safety, comfort, and well-being of your pets and home are my top priorities. Please review the following policies carefully. By booking services, you agree to these terms:

 

Booking & Scheduling:

• All services must be scheduled in advance.

• Requests are subject to availability.

• Last-minute requests (less than 21 hours’ notice) are not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee

 

Payment Policy:

• Payment is due before services begin each week unless otherwise agreed on.

• Accepted payment methods: zelle, cashapp, paypal, checks, or cash.

• Late Payments may result in paused or canceled services.

• No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service amount.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged.

 

Pet Behavior & Safety:

• Pets must be disclosed if they have a history of aggression, biting, or anxiety.

• Neighborly Paws Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet’s behavior poses a safety risk.

• Owners are responsible for ensuring pets are properly secured during visits

 

Health & Emergency Care:

• Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations (as appropriate).

• In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately.

• If you are unreachable, we are authorized to seek veterinary care using your designated veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic.

• All veterinary and related expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.

 

Home Access & Keys:

• Clients are responsible for providing reliable access to their home.

• Keys, codes, or lockbox information must be accurate and kept up to date.

• Neighborly Paw’s Pet Care is not responsible for issues caused by faulty locks, incorrect codes, or changes not communicated in advance.

 

 

Weather & Environmental Conditions

• Walks may be shortened or modified due to extreme heat, cold, smoke, storms, or unsafe conditions.

• Your pet’s safety will always come first.

 Photos & Updates

• Photos and updates may be sent during or after visits.

• With permission, photos may be used for marketing or social media.

Personal information and home details will always remain confidential.​

 Liability

• Neighborly Paws Pet Care is insured and takes all reasonable precautions.

• I am not responsible for:

  • Illness, injury, or escape due to undisclosed pet behavior

  • Damage caused by pets inside the home

  • Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
